Ok im really really late on getting this done,but none the less everyone there at yeagers harley davidson is nothing less then top notch.they have earned my respect over and over again.lucky for me i was one of ryans last customers in finace before he left and again anyone that helps u there your always gonna get grade A treatment.they really do go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.The salesman that i personally have been dealing with is kaleb on day 1 and have always gotten met with a smile and a handshake.Other dealerships around the lake really need to take lessons from this place.I bought my 4th bike from there and refuse to go anywhere else because of the staff there,Ive been telling you all who read these that you need not go anywhere else.GREAT DEALERSHIP,GREAT PRICES AND FRIENDLY STAFF, THATS YEAGERS HARLEY DAVIDSON!

I was headed home from a trip into Iowa when I stopped to get gas and my front tire suddenly went flat. I was stranded at about 3:00 pm. Needless to say I was stressed at how, at this hour in the day, I was going to get help. I searched for the nearest motorcycle repair shop and called Yeager's Cycle in Sedalia, MO. Dustin and Mason in service was very friendly and helpful and sent John, a great guy, with a trailer to pick up my motorcycle to repair the flat. The had to make 2 trips because I was pulling a trailer to transport me to the dealership. By the time we reached the dealer it was about 20 minutes before quitting time for the technicians. Gage and Cody in service agreed to stay and repair my flat and got me on the way. I am truly thankful for their help and will definitely recommend their service to all my friends. I am the VP for the Iron Horse Disciples Motorcycle Ministries and we have a chapter in that area.

Well once again my endeavors lead me back to yeagers harley Davidson, so I was looking a some bikes and it came down to a certain one that I wanted after I asked the wife of course cause after all it was going to be my 3rd one that I have bought from there.I was at work and I called Caleb at 851 am and we'll he answered the phone which after our conversation he probably wished he didn't cause I had asked him to test drive it for me seeing again how I was at work and the temperature was below 40,but he did it cause that's the kind of salesman they are,they go out of their way for you to make sure that you get what you want when u want it and they make sure that your bike looks as good as they can get it for you.ryan in finance is still a great guy as we joked around and talked about the 2nd one I bought threw them while he was getting the paperwork ready for me.I don't know anywhere else that you can go to be treated so well ,like family or even a friend as much as I do when I am in there.once again I can't say enough about those guys and gals up there at yeagers harley davidson such down to earth will do anything for ya type of people.I've said this once and I really can't epress the fact that it is REALLY the best damn dealership in the lake area .i will not go to any other dealership for anything,I can not express how well I was treated and literally treated like one of their own.if u have any questions or work that needs to be done then u need to come here.if u haven't then u don't know what a superb dealership this place is.ryan and Caleb always hits it out of the park for me.such a great bunch of guys.they got it going on there at yeagers and once again if u haven't been there you don't know what your missing, much respect to u all and thank you

#1 Hands down the best damn dealership in the lake area!!!!!!Kaleb in sales has been with me from the very first bike I bought there along with ryan in financing,in my opinion two of the greatest guys that they have working there that I have delt with and believe me I haven't been that easy to deal with,lol.kaleb has gone out of his way to make sure im taking care of and I probably drove ryan up the wall sometimes.None the less this is the best place to buy your Harley and your motorcycle needs from such a great staff from sales all the way to service.Anyone that hasn't been here you don't know what your missing!!!!!!!

I was on on long road trip headed back from Upstate NY to San Diego CA when my shifter linkage Broken and wouldn't work. Managed to get my bike to Yeager Cycle Harley Davidson. I've purchased at least 6 Harley's from Yeager's Harley Shop over the years. They are not only the friendliest but they treat you like family. They also give Military discounts to veterans. The service Department is Top Notch. All are very well trained and continue to keep up with the changes. The sales crew is great the "Wizard" in charge of the sale crew is James. As far as the parts Department they are the best. They will tell you if it will fit on your bike before you go and order it so you won't be disappointed about your purchase. Been a Mechanic 25 years, and was trying to help a friend get his 96 Road King back on the road after sitting a few years, had an issue with the fuel line leaking at the fitting coming out of the pressure side of the tank!! Unsure of what kind of setup was internal in the fitting, My friend had purchased new o'rings for them at another dealer so we could replace them. Did that but still was spraying out from the underside of the fitting. SO, we called the DEALER he had purchased the O'rings from to inquire as to how we might resolve the issue, "we don't know, the bike isn't here, yada yada, the mechanic is too busy to talk to you "etc etc....He suggested calling another DEALER who is also close to our location, and I said NO, Let's CalL YAEGERS CYCLE...The receptionist transfered me to service, the service writer gave me the spiel, aka did his job, then i asked to talk to a technician....SURE THING, LET ME GET HIM FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talked to the tech, told him my experience, and our problem, and he correctly and politely helped me with some recommendations to try to resolve it and told me my options should they NOT work, did not insult my intelligence with the "cars aren't bikes" crap,and wished me luck on my repair. We did as he suggested with the fuel lines and within a few minutes had the leak fixed and the bike is NOW once again on the road thanks to YAEGER'S CYCLE. This is the third time over the years that I have called them for help and have always been treated like family instead of a wallet. I appreciate your kindness and help in a world obsessed with the almighty dollar, and thank you so much for being a business I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a Bike or service. Its so nice for an Old School guy such as myself to know there are still REAL bike shops left that place customer service where it should be...Thanks for your time and patience, and when anyone asks ME or my Road King buddy whom they should take their ride to, it will always be YAEGERS CYCLE......

I have been in a lot of larger Harley dealers but none of them compare with the friendly service you get here at Yeagers. I have purchased 4 new Harley's over the last 10 years along with a new Polaris ranger, two four wheelers, a dirt bike, and used street bike for my sister. It is really like you are part of the family as soon as you walk in. Everyone is willing to do anything to make your experience just right no matter what item you are shopping for. I continue to tell everyone I know that you will get a fair deal here and be treated with respect. I make look at Harley's at other dealers in my travels but I always come back to Yeagers to purchase it. I have referred many of my friends here and everyone has been extremely satisfied. It is great to have a dealership close by that is this good and makes you a member of their family.

I purchased a 13 Road King, I would have to say this is the best dealership I have dealt with. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I have a dealer about 3/4 mile from my house and will not go there. I was so impressed with Yeager's, initially, that I made the six hour round trip to have my 1000 mile service done. I picked the bike up in the rain/storm Nathan helped load it in my truck, with a smile. When I arrived to have the servicing completed, in the rain again, a service tech came right over to help me unload it. This is the same outstanding service I saw everyone was recieving. Nathan, Ryan, Chad, and all the others that I met thank you for the great experience. Larry you should be proud of your staff.

Just bought an 03 Road King Anniversary. This is my first Harley, so I did a lot of shopping around, but it's not my first bike just to be clear. I had to make a couple trips to the dealer due to weather not cooperating, but after some storm dodging, I managed to ride a few different bikes and find the one I am extremely excited about. The sales manager was very straight with me on where he needed to be on the bike and I got a great deal on a bike that is nearly new still with only 9500 miles. They are good folks who will take care of you and won't try to rip you off or get you to buy something that isn't what you want. If you're in the market for a bike, do yourself a favor and stop by Yeager HD.

On Thursday my bike died on me while on a trip. I was told to call this dealership and they helped me so quick. They sent out a tow and was there quicker than they said then had me on the road super fast. I had a gear with no teeth and they found the random old part in the back somewhere. Man thos guys were so friendly and fast it was an excellent time during a bad ordeal. Thanx again yall.
